Your commission
Basic (€10) includes one 16:9 thumbnail. Pro (€15) includes one thumbnail and one 1:1 icon. Each piece uses one credit and one of the 30 release spaces. A credit is used once when a complete brief is submitted; it cannot be reused for another commission.
AI + developer review
Artwork is created with AI assistance and reviewed by the studio developer. Your references and approved brief guide the result. Samples show a style, not a promise of identical results. Click-through rates and game performance are not guaranteed.
Delivery & one revision
The 24-hour delivery window starts after payment is confirmed and the full brief and references are submitted. Delivery is available in My orders. One revision per delivered piece is included; explain the specific changes through your order. A new scene or different commission requires a new credit.
Using your artwork
After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive commercial licence, to the extent of the rights RotForge can grant, to use and adapt the delivered image for your game and its promotion. You do not receive exclusive copyright ownership or rights to third-party characters, brands or reference images. RotForge retains any rights it owns in its pre-existing style assets and production materials. We do not promise that AI-generated elements have exclusive copyright protection. Your private commission is not automatically added to our public portfolio.
Your references
Only upload images you are entitled to use. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information. Tell us which elements are characters, maps, layouts or images to edit.
Cancellations & problems
Contact 0torix on Discord if you want to cancel an unused credit or if something is wrong. A submitted brief starts custom work; a used credit does not reset automatically. Statutory cancellation, refund and conformity rights remain applicable. These terms do not prevent complaints, PayPal disputes or card chargebacks and do not override mandatory consumer law. We do not impose a blanket no-refunds policy.
