What we use
Account identifiers, names, email addresses, reference images, briefs, payment references, acceptance records and delivery/access events are used to fulfil commissions, manage support and document payments and delivery. Only your account and the studio reviewer can access your private order files.
Service providers
Google sign-in uses Google and Supabase Auth. Hosting, commission records and files use ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare storage. PayPal handles payment details; we do not receive your PayPal password or full card details. The PayPal SDK loads only after you choose PayPal. Commission references may be processed with an AI image service to produce your requested artwork.
Cookies & browser storage
RotForge does not install advertising or analytics trackers. Sign-in uses necessary secure cookies to maintain your Supabase session and access your orders. A necessary preference remembers your choice to use Google during the account transition. A local browser preference remembers whether you dismissed our cookie information. PayPal may use its own technologies when you request its checkout; its notices and privacy policy apply.
Retention & requests
Order records are kept while needed for fulfilment, support, disputes or applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact 0torix to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Reference images and private commissions are not automatically published as portfolio examples.
